Dan’s Plumbing was started by Dan and Letha Whitmore in 1993. Over the years,  they built the business by providing services to Ashton, Island Park, Driggs and surrounding areas. In 2012 their grandson, Tyler Teske returned home from serving a mission in Chile for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and started working with Dan. Tyler completed the 4 year plumbing apprentice program at Eastern Idaho Technical College and bought the business in 2016, when Dan and Letha retired.

Tyler and his wife Chayla live in Ashton where they enjoy supporting  their community and schools. They look forward to being in the 4th of July parade and like to donate to various events and organizations. Every year, Dan’s Plumbing funds a scholarship titled “Making a Difference”. This scholarship is awarded to a graduating student who has made a difference in their school, community, and desires higher education.  May it be a community college, online degree, a trade school such as plumbing, or a university we understand the importance of education.  Dan’s Plumbing is grateful for the Ashton community and are happy to give back.
