We stock our store front with any parts or fixtures you may need, and if we don’t have it we can order it quickly from one of our many suppiers. Major Brands that we carry include: Moen, Kohler, Price Phister, Delta, Gerber, and many more.

Cabin Winterizations & Openings

Second home or rental that doesn’t need to be operational year round, call us to winterize, we hook an air compresser to your water lines to blow out all the house, then use -50º RV antifreeze to pour in all toilets and drains in the house. This prevents any freezing and bursting to any fixture or water line in the house, you can then turn off all heat and power to the house to cut cost and not worry about damage to the key with us so we can winterize the property after you leave. Also open the property by turning water on and checking for any issues before you arrive for you summer stay.

Furnace Services

No heat? Call for oil furnace repair, and replacement if needed. Also, oil furnaces need filters and nozzles replaced yearly. Call us for your yearly furnace service.
